Terms of Use for Zigs.me

These terms apply to everyone who creates an account on Zigs.me or publishes a page on it. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. In these terms, "Zigs.me", "we" and "us" mean the operator of Zigs.me.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for everything published from your account.
• Use a real e-mail address. We use it to contact you about your account, including when content is reported or removed.

2. Your page and your content
You keep the rights to what you publish. You allow us to host and show it on Zigs.me so the service can work. You are responsible for your page: the text, the images and every link on it, including where those links lead.

3. What is not allowed
You must not use Zigs.me to publish, link to or promote:

1. Anything illegal, or the sale of illegal goods or services.
2. Adult or sexual content, including nudity, pornography, links to adult sites or subscription platforms (such as OnlyFans), and escort or other sexual services.
3. Betting, gambling or casino sites and services, including tipsters and affiliate links to them.
4. Phishing, scams or fraud: pages or links that trick people into giving passwords, payment details or money, fake giveaways or fake investment schemes.
5. Malware or harmful software, or links to it.
6. Hidden destinations: link shorteners or redirects used to hide where a link really goes.
7. Impersonation: pretending to be another person, brand or organisation.
8. Hate, harassment or threats against any person or group, or content that promotes violence.
9. Content that harms or exploits children in any way. We report it to the authorities.
10. Content that infringes someone else's rights, such as copyright or trademarks, or that shares someone's private information without permission.
11. Spam: mass-created pages, misleading links or anything meant to manipulate search engines.

4. How we keep Zigs.me safe

• Automatic checks. Links are checked when you save them and regularly afterwards against lists of unsafe and not-allowed sites, including Google Web Risk. A link that fails can be refused or hidden from your page without notice.
• Reports. Every page has a "Report this page" link. We review reports, and the page owner is not told who sent them.
• Action we may take, depending on how serious the problem is: hide a link, suspend a page, or suspend or close the whole account. When people could be harmed, we may act first and contact you afterwards.
• Asking for a review. If you think we made a mistake, write to contact@zigs.me and we will look at it again.

5. Paid plans

• Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. To cancel, write to contact@zigs.me. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Payments are not refunded, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
• If we suspend or close an account for breaking these terms, payments already made are not refunded.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.

6. Our service
We work to keep Zigs.me available and secure, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change features or these terms. When a change is important, we will tell you by e-mail or on the site before it applies.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by content that users publish or by the sites their links lead to. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
